Office Art With A Difference – Employee Photography Competitions

Time for a revamp of your office décor?   Launching/relaunching brand values or behaviours?

Relocating? Opening new premises?  Or maybe just looking for an innovative employee engagement exercise?

Events like these are a perfect opportunity to involve your staff in creating the new environment or behaviours – a key factor in managing change effectively.

Through The Lens Photography (TTLP) organises in-house competitions that invite your staff to submit photographs that they think would be good enough to grace their office walls. You might decide to extend this to watercolour, oils, pencil drawings (we work closely with corporate art specialists too).  Anything that fits with your design plans and looks great.

And there’s so little you have to do to make it happen. We’ll:

  • create literature to publicise the competition and
  • encourage participation
  • draw up terms and conditions you’re comfortable with
  • issue hints and tips guidelines for entries
  • manage the process of submissions
  • organise judgin
  • print, mount and frame winning entries

From start to finish TTLP will make it an exciting event, not only to capture the imagination of those in your workforce with artistic talent, but also give every member of staff the chance to enjoy and play a part in the competition.

In all likelihood you’ll probably spend no more than buying ‘corporate art’. The very best thing about this idea – you can divert some of your budget for the changes to prizes for the best entries, and have artwork in your offices that's really meaningful to the people who work there.
