Dream Bubbles

A collection of abstract images created from photographs that have been reimagined using a variety of post-processing filters combined together. One of these processes always creates an oval. Doing this in lockdown the idea of 'Bubbles' was only a short hop. When I showed number 1 to my wife she said it reminded her of the colours and confusion of a vivid dream she'd had the night before but couldn't quite remember. I made more images aiming for the bubble to recreate the different moods and experiences of dreams - sweet, restful, scary, calming, confusing, surreal and so on.
